What the price includes

Costs that can be added
- Extra classes. Both the official fee and our fee are charged per class, so a three-class filing is three times $374.
- Office actions. If the examiner objects, a response is quoted separately before any work starts.
- Formalities. Logo file for device marks
- Local representation. Foreign applicants must provide a Singapore address for service; we appoint a local agent for the file.
