What the price includes

  • Knock-out and similar-mark screening before filing
  • Class selection and specification drafting under the Nice Classification
  • Filing with the IPOS and full docketing until registration
  • Deadline monitoring, status sync and renewal reminders

Costs that can be added

  • Extra classes. Both the official fee and our fee are charged per class, so a three-class filing is three times $374.
  • Office actions. If the examiner objects, a response is quoted separately before any work starts.
  • Formalities. Logo file for device marks
  • Local representation. Foreign applicants must provide a Singapore address for service; we appoint a local agent for the file.
